UPDATE:
The VoLGA Forum is updating (improving?) its statement on One Voice. Check back soon...

It appears that the VoLGA Forum has quietly posted a document that talks about the relationship between VoLGA and One Voice.
The primary message: VoLGA is the best interim solution for voice over LTE. It lays out a viable path to IMS telephony.
One Voice is really an important step in clarifying IMS voice. The One Voice initiative is like the RCS initiative, which sought to simplify IMS data services.
One Voice doesn't tell operators how to do voice over LTE, it just gets the ball rolling for operators wanting to do IMS voice. But given this is step one, and covers the bare minimum for making a phone call, it's clear there is plenty of work to be done.
Someone mentioned to me that One Voice, as the lowest common denominator, doesn't address even basic capabilities like pre-paid. Can anyone comment?
